WE ARE BASEBALL IN NORTH WAKE COUNTY
Since 1979, North Wake Baseball Association has offered excellence in player development and baseball experiences for thousands of young people in the Triangle area. We believe that youth baseball is more than a game of ability – it offers lessons for life – teamwork, preparation, and development of skills. NWCBA has been providing those lessons for more than 40 years and we plan to continue to do so for many more.
Where Are We?
The Factory Baseball Complex is conveniently located adjacent to a sports and entertainment mall, at 1845 Grandmark Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
What Are We?
The North Wake County Baseball Association is a not-for-profit organization that supports the development and growth of youth baseball players, ranging from 4 years old through 12 years of age. We pride ourselves on maintaining a delicate balance in providing a competitive environment and an opportunity for kids to improve their skills and overall fundamentals of competitive play. Programs are offered during the spring, summer, and fall seasons and support up to 1,000 kids playing at any one time. Through organization by age and skill group, the league takes special care to ensure all players are challenged at the appropriate level.
North Wake has supported baseball in this region since 1979. During that time, it has grown to include a number of Elite Travel teams in our league. These Travel teams play in-state and out-of-state tournaments designed to highlight top talent in the region and showcase players visibility to scouts from around the country.
Who Are We?
At any one time, the association has board officers and coaches that have played high school, college, and professional baseball. All these talented individuals are interested in sharing their love for the game of baseball. Dedicated volunteers such as these have created the opportunity for thorough and knowledgeable instruction along with guidelines that focus on practice and the development of every participant. This has led to an increasingly popular league that has become sought out by players of all ages. It has also been instrumental in developing hundreds of young players that have had the opportunity to play college baseball.
