EVALUATIONS | WHAT TO EXPECT

All registered players will be drafted to a team. NW uses skills evaluations to determine the experience and ability of each player and to determine equitable distribution of those skills within divisions and teams. Players are ranked based on overall ability and specifically on batting, running, fielding, throwing, and catching. A draft selection is conducted by the league commissioner and head coaches. Divisions and teams will be created based on the number of registrants.
